These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Ireland without regard to conflict of law principles, and users agree that all legal proceedings relating to the matters herein shall be adjudicated solely in the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Users consent to extra-territorial services of process and submit to the jurisdiction of the said courts. To the extent that any portion of these terms of use shall be determined to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such portion will be modified by the court solely to the extent necessary to cause such portion to be enforceable, and these terms of use as so modified will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provisions contained in these terms of use by Bankinter shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other right, term or provision of these terms and conditions.

Social Media Moderation Policy
Bankinter's Social Media platforms are not to be used as customer servicing channels. Our channels are to provide product information and up-to-date company news, and we will not interact with account specific enquiries. Our profiles operate during office hours (Mon – Fri, 9am to 5pm), and will be monitored during that time frame. We expect all community members to understand our social media channels are public, meaning anyone can view our posts, comments and tweets, and likewise with incoming interactions. We reserve the right to delete any content or block any account that does not adhere to our guidelines. We may delete comments or posts that we deem to be:
- Offensive, threatening, abusive or obscene content.
- Content with account specific details.
- Potentially libellous accusations or statements.
- Any spam or content for unrelated services or products.
- Anything of an illegal or unlawful nature.
- Any content that violates copyright or licence agreements.
- Commentary containing names of Bankinter staff members.

Social Media Guidelines
Please do not post any sensitive or personal financial information on Bankinter social media channels - It is a public forum which means anyone can see your post and they may appear in search engine results.
Bankinter will not operate as a Customer Service channel on either social media platforms, however, profiles will be monitored during office hours and any account specific content will be ignored or deleted depending on the content nature (check social media moderation policy for more).
If you choose to interact with an official Bankinter social media platform, please be advised that our profiles are public, meaning that any content posted by you, will become available to other users.
Note, also, your social media profile may also become available to us. The personal information that is made available to us is determined by how you have set your privacy settings on your social media profile.
Bankinter's social media profiles and the content posted, are copyright of Bankinter and we reserve all the rights therein. All trademarks, logos and creatives (imagery/video) used within our social media channels are intellectual property of Bankinter, other than when we share content from other sources, and these will be highlighted accordingly.
If you have a query relating to your account, we advise you to contact us via our Customer Service helpline from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and from 8am to 2pm on Saturdays (excluding Bank Holidays) on 0818 211 788. We will not reply to private messages on either platform. -
Whistle Blowing Policy
This policy regulates the confidential and secure channel through which you can report any concerns, worries or suspicions of possible irregular conduct or breaches of the Code of Ethics. The issues that may be dealt with through this channel include actions contrary to our internal policies, potential situations of workplace or sexual harassment, breaches of data protection, discrimination of any kind, conflicts of interest or possible fraud.
Access to the Confidential Whistleblowing Channel is open both to any Bankinter Group employee and to third parties related to our organization, such as suppliers, subcontractors, clients, consultants, agents, temporary employment agencies, candidates, interns, among others.
