How can I close my account during my 14-day cooling off period?
You have a 14-day grace period from the date the Fixed Term Deposit is funded to cancel. Please note that no interest will be paid on any withdrawn amounts during this period.
If you wish to cancel within the 14-day cooling off period, please send us a message from within your Bankinter app by choosing the 'Account Closure' option. Once we receive it, we will be in touch to assist with your request.
